Flexible process runs
We collaborate with our customers in putting together made-to-measure solutions for their demands in terms of food technology. The plant has many technical possibilities, so that many different processes can be carried out. These include:
_ spray-drying, in-line agglomeration, co-drying, on-line standardisation of active ingredients during drying
_ cleaning, washing and concentration using ultra-filtering (UF)
_ emulsification by using mixer nozzles or high pressure homogenisers
_ heating or cooling of liquid raw materials
_ agglomeration of products in powdered form
_ blending of different components in powdered form
_ fermentation, hydrolysis and enzymatical processes of various kinds
concentration of acqueous solutions, suspensions and dispersions
_ packaging units: 25 kg in multiple paper bags with polythene lining, Big Bag or bulk
Production schedule
Over the past year both technical equipment and the regulations on authorisation have changed considerably. Schwarzwaldmilch has become a reliable partner for the foodstuffs and pharmaceuticals industries, supplying:
_ skimmed milk and full cream milk in powdered form
_ yoghurt and quark in powdered form
_ powder blends to the customer`s specifications
_ contract drying of pharmaceutical additives, enzymes, yeast products and other food ingredients
