Powdered yogurt is a high-qualitiy dried dairy product. In bread, cakes and pastries, it helps keep the product fresh for longer, makes it easier to slice, and adds acidity.

Powdered yogurt is used in biscuit fillings, yogurt bread, and fillings for chocolate, pralines and waffles.
   

Our cream and yogurt in powdered form are used in powdered ice cream mixes - they give ice cream its typically fresh and creamy taste.    

Our powdered milk is used in marinades, dressings and spice mixes.
