Schwarzwaldmilch GmbH in Offenburg is the leading company in the dairy industry for drying milk and other foodstuffs. The plant in the heart of the Black Forest processes about 100 million kilos of milk each year. Schwarzwaldmilch GmbH is part of the Breisgaumilch Group.
The plant has a long tradition and uses the skills it has acquired in drying and blending to develop special products for the foodstuffs and pharmaceutical industries, and also to produce them in contract manufacturing. Schwarzwaldmilch has been certified to DIN ISO 9001 since 1994; its certification was extended to DIN ISO 9001:2000. Certification to IFS was achieved in 2004. We produce pharmaceutical additives using process technology that complies with GMP. At the customer`s request, Schwarzwaldmilch can also meet organic, kosher and halal standards.
